Leland Stanford , (1824 - 1893)
Railroad builder and qualification official, born in Watervliet, New York, USA. He practised legalization in Wisconsin and for excited to California (1852) where he ran a average store. Successful in business, he became number one of California (18613) and, more importantly, a founder and manager of the Central Pacific Railroad (186393).
